This newly renovated resort is situated in Bwejuu, on the south eastern coast of Zanzibar and about 50 km from Stone Town airport. The White Rose is built along a magnificent hilltop with unrivalled views of the pristine white beach and dramatic Indian Ocean.

The resort consists of 30 rooms in different styles and sizes, from garden rooms to pool and sea view rooms, catering for families and individuals. Each room is elegantly furnished with Zanzibar-style décor and all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

The restaurant is located in the pool area and offers, local and Italian cuisine, characterized mainly by fresh home made pasta, grilled fish, sweets and an abundance of tropical fruit.There are three connecting pools, one of which is dedicated to children only.

Activities on offer at the resort include diving, snorkelling, fishing and other water and beach based sports. At night you can enjoy delectable cocktails on the beach or out by the pool while you listen to local music and dance to the rhythms of the ocean.

Please note that all Hotels / Resorts in Zanzibar and Kenya are closed during the period April - June due to the raining season.

White Rose Resort has 30 rooms in total. Family rooms and sea facing rooms are upon request only and subject to availability.

Minimum stay for August / Christmas & New Year = 7 nights
Minimum stay for other periods = 3 nights
A 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to the guests’ arrival to guarantee the reservation.
The balance is to be settled 15 days prior to the arrival of the guest/s.

Children Rates
Children under 02 years sharing a room with an adult is accommodated free of charge.

Soft Inclusive Rates
Includes welcome drink, three meals per day (buffet service in main restaurant)
Tea/coffee at 11:00 and 17:00 (American tea/coffee)
Soft drinks and water served by the glass during meals and bar between 10:00 and 22:00
Late breakfast is available 10:30 - 12:00 at the bar.
Excludes alcohol, spirits, wines and drinks in cans and bottles.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival, 15% fee will be levied.
If cancelled 22 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 35% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 15 to 21 days prior to arrival, a 40% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 08 to 14 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 03 to 07 days prior to arrival, an 80% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 02 days prior to arrival, an 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.

In order to guarantee sea facing rooms, a 30% supplement will be charged on the above standard rates.
