In the tropical paradise of Watamu, on the east coast of Kenya, lies the brand new and spectacular Twiga Beach Resort. Only 20 minutes drive from Malindi, Watamu has an international reputation for its pristine white-sand beaches and reef-protected lagoons.

The Twiga Beach Resort is built in an Arabic architectural style, providing each room with either a balcony or garden and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and its enchanting colours. All the rooms are air conditioned and elegantly furnished with a four-poster bed, mosquito net, refrigerator, desk, television and safety box.

There are many activities on offer at the resort. You can enjoy the pristine scenery on a mountain bike ride, go diving or snorkelling, play beach volleyball and other games, or merely relax and have a massage before you go for cocktails at the beach bar.

Twiga Beach Resort has 64 rooms in total. Family rooms and sea facing rooms are upon request only and subject to availability.

Minimum stay for August / Christmas & New Year = 7 nights
Minimum stay for other periods = 3 nights
A 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to the guests’ arrival to guarantee the reservation.
The balance is to be settled 15 days prior to the arrival of the guest/s.

Children Rates
Children under 02 years sharing a room with an adult is accommodated free of charge.

Soft Inclusive Rates
Includes welcome drink, three meals per day (buffet service in main restaurant)
Tea/coffee at 11:00 and 17:00 (American tea/coffee)
Soft drinks and water served by the glass during meals and bar between 10:00 and 22:00
Late breakfast is available 10:30 - 12:00 at the bar.
Excludes alcohol, spirits, wines and drinks in cans and bottles.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival, 15% fee will be levied.
If cancelled 22 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 35% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 15 to 21 days prior to arrival, a 40% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 08 to 14 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 03 to 07 days prior to arrival, an 80% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled 02 days prior to arrival, an 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of meals and VAT) will be charged.
Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.

Sea facing rooms
In order to guarantee sea facing rooms, a 30% supplement will be charged on the above standard rates.
